And forgive the lateness of this Halloween picture!
Ohmy, Ichabod is such a great character<3<3 I've had so much fun messing aorund with a classic story and trying to mix the best aspects of all the different versions.
It's funny, my big interest to the tale came from a joke that Dread had enough similarities to Ichabod that they could be VERY DISTANTLY RELATED~
aaaaand it built off that<3

By the way, I wrote a poem about the character and I will submit it soon! It's just on the wrong computer. >u>

Stunning! Especially the time you took to draw out the individual bones of the horse! 8D I don’t have a reference but off-hand I’d say this is pretty accurate, particularly the skull. By the leg positions, it’s clearly galloping and I really like that you have it kicking up dust in it’s wake and Ichabod’s scarf and coattails whipping in the wind so that you can see this is no harmless shadow - both horse and rider are very tangible at this moment. Ichabod’s riding form isn’t too shabby either: straight back, shoulders aligned over knees, heels turned down as far as is comfortable without stirrups. The flaming mane and tail is a great touch, and so is the pumpkin head being held out like some kind of macabre lantern. Love it! :heart: and you can tell Kendra her coloring is lovely, as always.

The only problem with that line of horse skeletons, their air conditioners could break down easily and get stuck on heat.
