Personality: Rude, childish, a weakling, creative, resourceful, jumpy, cold and threatening with his enemies, but naive and innocent when around friends or by himself.

Likes: Biology, chemistry, comic books, explosions, robots, zombies, dangerous animals, his hair, sugary drinks, thunder storms, S.P.A.R.K. (his robot)

Dislikes: Love, unhappy endings in movies, flashlights, asthma, hair brushes, ghosts, skeletons, aliens, haunted houses

Strengths: He doesn't really have many strengths. His small size and light weight makes it seem like he'd be fast and agile, but his asthma prevents him from going full speed for more than a few seconds before breaking down. He's incredibly good at thinking under pressure, and can use any of the resources around him to build new things that can get him out of bad situations, if he needs to. He likes carrying lots of things that he can disguise and set as booby traps and create weapons with.
Ex. A hair spray can and a lighter can become a handy flamethrower.
He builds robots on his own and is trying to find ways to bring back the dead.

Weaknesses: His whole body is full of chemicals and preservatives from his own self-experimentation, and he's almost constantly fighting a cold. His deluted blood is pink-ish now instead of red, which is why he's so pale. A failed experiment years ago was meant to cure any sickness, but instead made his conditions even worse and stunted his growth. His body is constantly over worked and his eyes and ears have become super sensitive. They're his number one wakness, but he can still use his heightened sense to his advantage. He also has asthma attacks if he runs too much.

History: A once highly thought of and respected scientist, he was fired after his colleages shunned and fired him for breaking the laws of nature. With no other jobs accepting him, he decided to become a super villain. Though he doesn't do anything aside from petty theivery and a few experiments "accidentaly" let loose, he's still considered one of the top threats to the town of Cityburg. He lives in a frog-shaped evil lair on top of a small mountain outside the city.

Relations: His arch rival is a superhero named Captain Iconic. They hate each other even when they aren't on duty. He has a nephew who's living with him and even though he's just 16, he's nearly twice as tall as Dreadful.

I stumbled onto this character by total accident and I can't tell you just how happy that I did. He's such a fun character and even though I've just known about him for about 2 days I already just love his design. Its so nice to find such well thought out and unique characters in the sea of Mary-Sues and god-like wannabes.
